NOCEN POST-UTME 2019/2020

Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe 2019/2020 Screening form.

Nwafor Orizu College of Education Post-UTME registration, cut-off marks, eligibility and screening details for the 2019/2020 academic session have been announced by the management of the college. Cut -off mark is 180 for Degree and 100 for NCE programmes. Cost is N2000. Details below;

Nwafor Orizu College of Education Nsugbe has scheduled its 2019/2020  post-UTME screening exercise for candidates who chose or may not have made the college their choice, but wish to be considered for admission into Degree or NCE programme.
NOCEN Post-UTME 2019: Cut-off marks, Eligibility And Registration Details
Application Procedure
(i) Candidates who chose UNN/NOCEN as their choice for degree programme will pay N2,000.00 (excluding service charge).
(ii) Candidates who did not choose UNN/NOCEN for degree programme will pay N2,000.00 (excluding service charge).
(iii) Candidates for NCE programme will pay N2,000.00 (excluding service charge).
(iv) The pin codes for registration can be obtained from any Fidelity Bank branches nationwide.
(v) Candidates should proceed to the College portal or any cybercafé of their choice for online registration at www.nocen.edu.ng/portal
Please note that the cut off mark is 180 for Degree programme and 100 for NCE programme.

2019/2020 SCREENING EXERCISE FOR ADMISSION

The University of Nigeria hereby invites candidates who had the UNN as their first choice in the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored 180 and above for screening exercise.

  1. Online Registration
  2. Eligible candidates are required to pay a processing fee of N2,000.00 (Two thousand Naira only) through Remita Platform at any Commercial bank.

  1. The online registration commences on Thursday July 18, 2019 and ends on Thursday, August 22, 2019. UTME screening exercise will commence on Monday, August 26, 2019 and end on Monday, September 2, 2019.

  1. Process Flow for Post-UTME Registration
  • Log on to the University Website: www.unn.edu.ng
  • Click on UNN portal (Top right corner of the Website)
  • Click Prospective Students
  • Select Online Application Form for 2019/2020 Admission Screening Exercise
  • Enter JAMB Registration Number
  • Generate Invoice
  • Proceed to bank for Payment or pay using your ATM Card
  • Return to Portal
  • Re-enter JAMB Registration Number
  • Complete Date of Birth and all other blank fields
  • Enter O/Level Subjects and Grades (also provide your Centre and Examination Number)
  • Re-enter your grades correctly
  • Upload Certificates (Ensure that their sizes are not above 100KB)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Local Government Identification
  • Testimonial
  • First School Leaving Certificate
  • JAMB Result Slip
  • O/Level 1
  • O/Level 2 (for double sitting candidates) and,
  • Click the NEXT button

  • Review Summary Page and check that all details entered are correct
  • Check the CONFIRMATION BOX below
  • Click SUBMIT
  • Print Acknowledgement Slip

  1. All candidates are required to bring the following to the screening exercise:

  1. Please note the following:
  • No GSM handsets, calculators or any extraneous materials should be brought into the screening halls
  • The venues for the screening exercises are:

  • Centre for Distance and e-Learning, University of Nigeria, Nsukka
  • Candidates are also strongly advised to visit the University of Nigeria Website: unn.edu.ngfor further information.

  1. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
Registration procedure are as follows
  1. Registration starts on Monday, 15th July and will end on Friday 2nd August, 2019.
  2. Change of Course or Change of Institution into NAU (and its affiliate institutions) ends on Monday 29th July 2019. Any change after that day will not be valid.
  3. Click here to visit the NAU portal
– Click on ‘ Create Account’
– Enter your UTME REG Number and a valid email address and click  ‘Send’. A verification code will be sent to your email instantly.
–  Copy  the  verification  code  and  click  on ‘Continue’
–  On  the  form,  enter  your  phone  number, password, verification code (copied from email), select the access level and click on ‘ Submit’
– Your login details will be sent to your email address instantly.
– Continue with the application by logging in with the login credentials sent to your email
– After successful login, click on ‘Step One’, click on ‘Generate Application Form RRR’
– Print the RRR (Remita) page, proceed to any bank  of  your  choice  nationwide  to  make  a payment of  N2,000 only
– Login to the portal, click on ‘Step Two’, click on ‘Confirm payment’, enter the RRR number and click   on   ‘Verify   payment’.   If   payment confirmation  is  successful,  or  if  you  get  a notification   ‘Payment   already   verified’,   then proceed to “Step Three”.
– Click on ‘Step Three’, click on ‘Fill Application Form’, Fill out the application form. You can save each stage of the application and continue at a later time. Also, you can edit your information as often as possible within the registration period.
– Check the ‘I Agree’ box and click on “submit” button.
– Print out the Application Form and come along with it for your screening and POST UTME / DE eexaminExe

Please note that candidates with WASCE and NABTEB should fill only their name, Exam No, Year and School/Centre where examination was taken. Candidates can always go back to update their O’Level result information for correctness.

  1. TIME  AND  REQUIREMENTS  FOR  THE SCREENING EXERCISE
Please read through the requirements for the screening exercise.
  1. Accreditation of candidates commences at 7.00am each day. Candidates should adhere strictly to the time scheduled for screening examination.
  2.   Print   out   the   Application   Form   from   the University Portal and come along with it for your screening examination.
  3. The   date   and   time   for   each   candidate’s examination will be shown on the POST UTME / DE PRINT-OUT

  1. RESTRICTIONS
Restrictions are as follows:
  1. Only bona fidecandidates/candidates scheduled for  the  day’s  examination  and  time,  shall  be allowed into the Examination Hall.
  2. No GSM handsets, scientific calculators or any other extraneous materials shall be allowed into the examination hall
  3. Candidates who did not register online will not be allowed for the screening exercise.
  4. The University will not be liable for any payment made with wrong JAMB registration number at the Bank.
  5. The University shall also not be liable for any fraudulent payments made anywhere that is not in line with the directives of the University.
